I love this place, the atmosphere is fabulous, service friendly, food is good. Usually we go in for the happy hour. I had some friends in town so we went in around 7:00 because we were on the lake. Our server was new, and he admitted to the fact. He didn't smile much, and wasn't familiar with the menu. I felt he needed more training before being on his own. The one thing I usually order is the enchilada trio. This time it was very disappointing. The meat was very tough, and not tender like it usually was. The salsa needs a little spice also.This is the first time they disappointed us.
Awesome food strong tasty drinks and amazing service this place is great place to get something to eat and drink after being on the lake all day
We visited today and had the carnitas street tacos. BOMB dot com authentic and fresh. Nice big comfy booths. The service was quick and super friendly. I made sure they knew how fresh and delicious it was but I want to make a review.

Love Azul Agave's carne asada, juicy, tender, flavorful - OMG, I want to go right now! Staff is hit and miss, wait staff is great those at the hostess desk are not so great - so ignore them and focus on the food and you'll be happy
I love this restaurant. I cannot get over how good the carne asada is in the fajitas. I ordered it again to make sure. It's the most tender delicious meat ever. Salsa here is good too. What I especially enjoyed was the shrimp cocktail. So good! I sat in the bar each time I was here so the service was great bc I was being served by a great guy named Francisco. (?) he made a great Cadillac margarita too. Great food! The bar is the only part I have eaten in. Good booths and tvs at the bar make it a fun space.
Absolutely delicious! Stopped by Azul Agave while in Lake Havasu area, thanks to a local pharmacy tech's recommendation & it was amazing. Sabrina our server was spot on with her product knowledge & excellent drink recommendations. The restaurant was traditional Mexican atmosphere with quiet music playing in the background. Our food was out quickly, served hot & delicious. I had the street tacos (my go to order) & they truly did not disappoint. The asada meat was tasty & very flavorful, there was a lot of food & brought half home for lunch tomorrow. Hubby had the chicken enchiladas & beans (no cheese due to severe allergies) the sauce had the perfect blend of spices not too hot just delicious. He was also very pleased that Sabrina kept his tea glass full. After a day of traveling this meal really hit the spot & we hope to squeeze another meal from Azul Agave while we're visiting the area. Trust me you won't be disappointed.
i am always really skeptical about mexican food coming from SoCal but genuinely this is some of the best i've had in a long time. service was phenomenal, chips and salsa were delish as well as everything we ordered. Combo plate with the burrito, tacos, chile relleno, and taco salad bowl with some of the best carne asada -- SO TENDER. loved it
Fabulous food and margaritas! The mushrooms and prawns is out of this world. Best thing I've ever eaten. Service is great. Very busy - make reservations for groups larger than 4.
